Have you been missing these girls?

I've told you before, I'm not the best blogger. Things have been extremely busy around here, but with this beautiful snow came two days off of work. Finally, a chance to post some news. Lily was not a big fan of the snow we had yesterday. I think they said about 8-10 inches. The most Dallas has ever seen!

Isabella, on the other hand, LOVED the snow!! We played outside twice yesterday...building a snowman, making snow angels, and having a snowball fight.

Of course....It had to be a princess snowman!

The biggest and latest news is that we are listing our house on the market. It should be online today, and we are having an open house this weekend. We are hoping for God's will here, so please pray for us!

Another exciting tidbit is that Bella has FINALLY taken an interest in soccer. Mommy couldn't be happier! Here she is playing soccer with her Baba. Turns out she is left footed.

Lily's new favorite thing to do is flush the toilet. She is obsessed!

Both girls have been getting along great! And, we couldn't be happier!!

Lily is almost one! I cannot believe it!! She is so precious and such a go-getter. I am constantly trying to keep her out of trouble. Her favorite words are "mama" and "go". She loves to eat anything! She is cruising along everywhere and has even stood by herself a time or two.

She plays so hard and sleeps so good. What an angel!

We will be celebrating her first birthday next month. Hope to see you all there!!

Isabella LOVED Christmas this year! It was so fun with her!

Santa even made a surprise visit! (i.e. Greg), but don't tell Bella that, she totally believe it was the real Santa.

Lily not so sure.

A little behind...

Pretty sure I haven't blogged in a while. Sorry folks, there is no time. So here's a quick post to update you on the girls..

Lily is 9 months! She is the busiest, craziest, most active baby I have ever seen!! The girl does not stop. She crawls. She cruises. She climbs. She tries to walk. She eats anything you give her. (totally unlike the first) She loves people food and is almost refusing to drink milk or eat baby food. Her favorite game is peek-a-boo and patty-cake. She likes to say mama, baba, and da-da. She does not like the word NO. (and we have to say it to her often). We LOVE this girl!!! Can't believe how fast she is growing.

(Oh yeah...she has 6 teeth)

Then there is this sweet girl. She has definitely been a little sweeter since she is waiting on Santa to come. Not sure what we are going to do after Christmas! Isabella has been working really hard on going to bed by herself. It's still a work in progress, but she has decided to sleep in a tent in her room. Whatever works I say. She continues to amaze me with her amazing vocabulary and wittiness. She is very excited for her special date tomorrow with Daddy. The long awaited Princess and the Frog movie! She has been waiting for weeks to wear her new princess dress to the movie.

This was my attempt to take Christmas pictures of the girls. Individually they turned out good, but I couldn't seem to get the right one of them together. However, I love Lily's expression. Can you see the mischief on her face?

Thanks CK for taking the pics. We love you!

Hi, my name is Lily.

Hi, my name is Lily. I am 8 months old. Can you believe that? I am changing very quickly.

I'm a really happy girl who likes to keep busy.

I am crawling everywhere!

I can pull myself up to a stand. I love to find things on the coffee table, stand up in the bathtub, and pull up on my toy box. (isn't my toosh so cute?)

I really love my daddy. Everyone says we look so much alike. Can you see my new teeth? I have four!

Mommy wants me to slow down. She says I'm growing up too quickly. I'm just trying to keep up with my big sister!

Happy Halloween 2009

Meet Pocahontas, Minnie Mouse, and Julius Ceasar.

Lily's first Halloween and she did pretty good. She made it until about 7:30 and then Daddy took her home.

And here's Pocahantas. This girl LOVES trick-or-treating.

Pocahantas and Super Girl are BFF's.

Couldn't resist this happy girl!

Greg, you're too old to trick-0r-treat.

Some of our sweet neighbors. I love the UPS outfit.

The "big" kids.

Even Michael came out with us for a little awhile.

He loves me...

He loves me not.

This girl had on one of my favorite costumes. She was an eighties girl. Really? Eighties. Are we so old that kids are starting to dress up from our era?

The biggest pumpkins I've ever seen. There are real too!

Happy Halloween!!!!!!!!!!!
